I have to definitely to a shout out review for the delivery sept of Taylorville Wrights store! I had to get a recliner asap for my mom due to a severe injury & went & bought it day before her being released from a 2 week stay in rehab. Found perfect recliner & asked if by chance it could get delivered next day as this was going to be where she would have to sleep at night now. They worked it into their last delivery of the next day! I am very thankful & grateful for this type of customer service!
Now let me say the 2 young men Jason & Shiloh who delivered the recliner were amazing! They were very careful with recliner as to not damage it or scuff up door! They were great at placing it where it needed to be & making sure it was put together correctly! Plus the bonus was how nice & friendly they were! Well done gentleman & hope you stick with delivering because we need men like you doing a fantastic job!

Once again I found myself shopping for a recliner for my mom this time but knew to go to Wright’s. Well so glad I did because they had a fantastic selection of what I was looking for in regards to options! As always the sales staff is the best & so knowledgeable! I have known Dee for over 30 years & she is my go to but also enjoy the rest of the staff as I shop & they have helped me out with questions! Will always recommend Wrights to others & will doing so our brother bought his couch from you guys & he had shopped all over Springfield & St.Louis area!

Wrights in Dieterich was amazing to work with! We were indecisive on what we wanted but the 3 times we went into the store Ashley our salesperson was very friendly and helped answer all of our questions. When she was busy with other customers there were several other employees that checked on us. Devin Wright was very helpful in finalizing our order.
